What is the point of making a Reddit account if every single thing you post gets automatically deleted????????

This is fucking ridiculous. Who wants to make an account for a website, and then wait several months before they're allowed to even post anywhere? I can't fucking make my own posts, I can't fucking respond to other people's posts, what the fuck is the fucking point??????????????????????????
