How can I (a student investor) handle the fear of heights?

I’ve been investing in the PSX since 2022. I'm a student. I was lucky to pick up stocks like MEBL when it was around 130 and EFERT near 100. The Net Gains and Dividends make me very excited and I feel good about my decision.

However seeing the current prices MEBL at 490, EFERT at 240 makes me tensed. I understand it's long term game but still I can't stop thinking about potential crash scenarios. The recent drop in gold and silver crash makes me double think about my investments.

Currently I have saved up around 40k but I’m sort of paralyzed by the high prices.
Anything that helps in this situation would be really appreciated.
Looking for advice from those who have managed through previous market cycles.
