Arena timings

Is the timings based on total time or is it from the start of each round?

im going absolutley nuts when i can win several matcheas in a row, for the next 3-4 matches all timings is out of sync and mobs run past... and BP doesn't seem to matter many times... will miss sync even if similar BP

can add i really don't have the patience to manual games...
