Leave during riviera

long story short , i got a ligament stretch kinda situation during winter vacaction due to which i came back late after recovering . i was planning on taking leave during riviera and went to my proctor explaining my situation mid january itself , showed her the report , x ray and bills with my name and everything .

she asked me to email her the medical certificate which she'll forward to proctor coordinator .

but the doctor refused to give the medical certificate saying he cant issue it without physical checkup . basically i go visit him and then he'll issue it saying i need rest .

any idea what to do ?
