cant download forge (14.23.5.2859) for 1.12.2 ONLY through prism

read the title, i cant download it through prism, BUT if i go to the urls of the files MYSELF then they download PERFECTLY FINE??? i tried everything, i used a vpn, i tried not using a vpn, i tried switching the forge version, nothing works, and downloading every single file and putting them in their folder doesnt seem to work, and prism still tries to download its things
