I really need advice on how to climb bronze jungle

Diana OTP (Around 550k mas so I know her well in jg) - Main role is JG

I have been like basically hardstuck bronze jungle, and I don't understand why, i follow basically every tutorial and tip there is to follow. I'm down for vod reviews, I can't really talk or anything, but I can upload a video somewhere for you guys to see to give me a very honest review on where I can improve.

My POV in my matches :

I ALWAYS follow the rule farm first then gank, but then that almost never works, the thing is when I farm, if one of my lanes are completely inting, there is simply nothing I can do, no matter how powerful I get, I always struggle to close up these games, either because my team doesn't respect my pings or because I myself end up struggling in teamfights simply due to my team not doing enough.

TLDR;

I don't want to claim that this is a luck issue, and not mine, as pros can easily surf bronze with like a 80% WR. But then again I can't help but notice that like 60% of my games are all inting bot lanes or top lanes, but either way, I don't really care, as I want to believe that I'm wrong and that I can improve, therefore I'm really down for some vod reviews (and other champ suggestions when diana gets banned) etc. Also I don't have a MIC so i can upload my vids to yt or smthn where anyone who is willing can watch them.
