wet belt or non?

Hi everyone,

I have a Ford Fiesta Mk8 (2017), 1.1L 3-cylinder petrol, 85 hp (63 kW), first registered 2018 with 28k km on it. It‘s not a Eco Boost, no turbo engine.

The engine code is H1BG (1.1 Ti-VCT / Dragon).

I know that Ford’s 1.0 EcoBoost uses a wet belt, but I’m getting conflicting information about the 1.1 non-turbo engine.

Can anyone confirm with certainty whether this engine uses a timing chain or a wet belt (belt in oil)?

If possible, please base the answer on technical documentation or workshop knowledge.
