Advice on something my relationship [27M] and [24F]

Yesterday I was going through my boyfriend’s laptop and I found a photo of him being on hinge, with swiping right other girls when I confronted to him he said that his friend don’t know about me and he he made him to do it….but quick backstory him and I met on hinge and the app is hinge that he swiping right behind my back! And he saying I was gonna talk to my mother about you and I but his dad just passed away so he couldn’t……

And saying he deleted this app right after that guy made him do that….. but I still don’t get it why he wanna hide me and our relationship from everyone? He could’ve said no or something but deep down I’ve hunch that he is lying and he never deleted but when I checked his phone yesterday there wasn’t any app! So idk he keep saying that he loves me and he never cheated on me he didn’t slept or have chatted with anyone…..idk at this point I feel lost and disgusted!
