Michael rosenbaum's approach to mental health
I've listened to "inside of you" since 2020 and as much as I support how openly he addresses mental health, he has gone over the line. In the beginning , he was talking about depression and anxiety as serious medical conditions. Now, every time these conditions come up in conversation, he approaches them as bad moods. He says stuff like "go on a walk, trim your ear hair, eat better". This is borderline dangerous. Some people need medication, or therapy; not triming their ear hair. For a guy who makes a point out of dealing with mental health, he kinda flattenes all mental health issues into the same level of severity.
