How has medication affected you?

Anyone got long term side effects? Obviously some stuff might affect you but when you come off th meds it stops. I’m wondering if anyone continues to be affected by meds even after stopping? I’ve had several side effects that haven’t stopped years after stopping my sex drive has been killed for 10 years post med, I continue to put on weight with every med I take and I’ve put on 50kg and counting as I’m currently putting on on lithium, I have developed a severe fear of heights and I think my phobia of driving on motorways might have been the meds. I so want to stop but part of me just thinks a lot of the damage has been done and also if I’m taken off a med it puts me at risk to getting put on another med. I don’t want to be put on lots of different ones. Anyway I seem to be extremely side effect prone and these side effects don’t stop. Is anyone else in a similar boat?
