Banned for no reason

I created an account back in August and, after uploading the required documents for ID verification, my account was automatically banned and live chat reps refused to provide a reason or reconsideration.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this or have any ideas for how to remediate? The only thing I can think of is that I’m on a green card and had only recently received my SSN, at that time, so maybe they found that to be suspicious…
