Swiggy HDFC CC offer issue

I have gotten Swiggy HDFC CC last month and on Swiggy app I was offered it as LTF. Later on I contacted HDFC Bank and they told me that card is FYF for me. I pushed them to make it LTF because that's what I saw on Swiggy app but they rejected my request. Should I raise a complaint with RBI ombudsman?
