Americans in your 20s-30s where do you get your news?

Hi I’m 26F and I have a bad habit of avoiding current events because they are always really depressing. My parents watch the news every meal and I’m currently living with them so it’s pretty overwhelming to hear about people being killed and deported over breakfast. This makes me avoid it more but I want to know what’s going on in the country. I end up learning things from social media which probably isn’t the best way to go about it but I really don’t want to watch the news. My fellow Zoomers how do you get your news and do you feel it’s a reliable source?
