Typical gas bill?

I live in Falls church (22042) and just got my gas bill for the month at $199. Is that normal, first winter in the home (renting) and last months was $150. Just surprised as summer was super cheap in comparison the sqft of the house shows 1220 on Zillow not sure if accurate or not. It’s 3 bedrooms/2bathrooms and a furnished attic
