Lets be honest!

Whats stopping you? You come onto reddit find ways to lose weight and then dont do it. I did that before I wont lie. I didint lose the weight cause I was straight up being lazy. At the time I didint think I was to fat until I realized like, wait yeah im a fat ass. Heavy breathing, kind of walking like a penguin, just lazy as fuck, ordering Uber eats.

I finally just came to a realization that I was lieing to myself. So then I just got my shit together wanted to stop being fat. Thankfully 8 months later here I am.

Im at 170 I was at 260 when I started my diet and was even fatter before that. The most i weight in my life was for sure around 350. I weighted myself at 300 but was nervous doung it again cause i know i kept gaining weight. But just be honest with yourself.

Honestly you dont even have to listen to anyone here or me. Just work with yourself . Losing weight is ALL about mindset.

You would not believe how many times I wanted to eat that honey bun. How many times I didint want to go out and jog or walk for 2 hours, 2 times a day. I did it becuase I wanted to really change myself.

Im not trying to come off as a jerk but you honestly dont need the extra help from people or to depend on anyone. It helps yes for sure! Having some support but either way that support might not always be there.

Its hard to give up junk food and fast food for a fucken tuna salad or some spinach but if you cant give it up fuck it jeep eating the fast food and have an extra burger for me. Lol.

I still crave those things everyday. Yesterday at walmart I wanted so bad to get some zebra cakes but was like fuck that shit. Its still gonna be there next week. I went and got some rice cakes instead.

The main thing was just being honest with myself I set a goal of the main reason I wanted to lose weight and didint let it leave my head. Thats the second time ive done that. Ones in high school and ones now in my adult life. It feel WONDERFUL after I hit my goal.

Not trying to rub it in either just want you to know you can do it! Just have to be honest with yourself and start hitting that weight goal.
