Urgent help with new gpu

Hello fellow gamers, so my elder brother gifted me rtx 3050 low profile 6gb as a birthday gift (I know its hated card) but my pc system has i7 4770s, 16 gb ram around 800 gb ssd, and this rtx 3050. But when I play games like gta 4 or 5, the game sometimes becomes blurry and when I drive or character walks and I change the view my moving mouse it sometimes becomes clear and sometimes becomes blurry. Please help me fix this sht, I am unable to play game nicely Im new to pc building so I have no idea regarding this
