What's up with the hate on Trey Azagoth?

Not his playing style as much, that would be insane but I've heard some people call him scummy and rude. I also heard rumours about him being mean to fans. Unless it's all made up. Has anyone met him? What's he like? Just curious. He seems like one of the most mysterious characters in metal much like King Diamond and Messiah.
