Geekvape sonder q2

I have had this geekvape sonder q2 for about a few months and ever since like 1 or 2 months ago whatever I do it won’t hit and it was working fine before does anyone have a fix. It would randomly stop hitting then work again but now it’s fully stopped working I tried using new pods but that didn’t fix anything
