Spouse refuses to report serious accident to WSIB what can I do?

I don't know if this is the right sub for this.

my husband suffered a serious fall at work this week. He has three compound fractured vertebraes. He refuses to report the accident which happened on a worksite.after the fall an ambulance was not called and he drove to the hospital in a coworkers truck.

The employer who know of the accident also did not report it.

It gets complicated because the employer is also my husbands best friend.

I am at a loss on how to go about this. I break down in tears because this is not reported.
