5l 5070 build

With the announcement of Forza Horizon 6, I started thinking about a new build. I'm on a long-term business trip and it's unlikely that I'll be able to bring my a4h2o here. To bring a computer here, it has to fit into a medium-sized backpack with plenty of room to spare. I'm thinking of building something around 5L with a 5070 card. I have two questions:

1. Is there any chance that igame 5070 will become cheaper by April?
2. Please give me some examples of similar builds. Most of what I've found is velka 5, but I don't like velka 5. I'm usually a fan of sandwiches, but maybe I should look at a console layout? In general, I would be grateful to hear about your experience in similar situations. Or is this a case where it's really easier to get a laptop? I have my old one with me, but I'm afraid the 1070 won't give me a comfortable gaming experience in the new game.
