Permissions Necessary to Run a UTR?

My daughter's going to be working overseas as a holiday rep over summer, so I've bought her a UTR to use while she's away.

However, given that she'll need to be running Unifi on her iPhone to manage the initial connection to the hotel's wifi, what network permissions am I going to need to give her from my UDM to do so?
