Which APP or website to use to sell my house in Chennai

Hello,

I need to sell my house in Chennai. I went through the options Nobroker, magic bricks and 99 acreas.

Nobroker - they call them nobroker, but they are real brokers. So many calls from them asking me to subsribe for preimum + relationship manager. The scheme is for 90 days or something like that. Worst part is, no matter you sell your house or not, 90% of the paid money is gone. Previously they had 100% money back. I guess that scheme was not a success, so now they call it 100% money back, but they take some 9000Rs even if they dont sell the house. How bull shit is this? Since I know they do really work hard to sell the house in 90 days, i dont have confidence in them. I asked them for a scheme where I will pay them more than what they asked for but only after selling the house. They are not ready for this. Which literally means they are trying to cheat people. More over, if a buyer is interested in my property, they are not able to see my number and I am not able to see the buyer number. Pure broker job is done by nobroker.

99acreas - I used to get lot of spam calls like from Army etc etc from 99acreas. So I dont have any good opinion on them. Unlike nobroker, I am able to see buyer phone number. But I think this is not a famous site in south india like Chennai. Basically not many people contact me.

magicbricks - they are asking to pay to see buyers number. but the buyer could be fake. mostly it is fake, because you can read that in reddit.

so what options I have, if I want to sell the property?
go back to old method of reaching to real brokers in your area or any suggesstion ?
