Persistent swollen lymph nodes + elevated inflammatory markers, looking for insights

I’m 33F, BMI 30.1

Hi everyone,

I’ve had 2–3 swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck for over a year now. They’re around ~1 cm or smaller, not rapidly growing, but they haven’t gone away.

I recently had blood tests done and these came back elevated:

- Platelets: 414 ×10⁹/L (normal 150–400)

- ESR: 37 mm/hr (normal 0–20)

- hs-CRP: 5.6 mg/L (elevated)

Normal results:

- WBC: 8.1

- RBC: 5.37

- TSH: normal

I don’t have major symptoms like fever, night sweats, or weight loss, but I do occasionally get sore throat and joint pains.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

What could cause long-standing cervical lymph nodes with raised inflammatory markers but otherwise normal labs?

Not looking for a diagnosis — just trying to understand what possibilities I should discuss with my doctor.

Thanks in advance 🙏
