Visa fees payment options for VFS Italy Center in Bangalore

I have an Italy visa appointment coming up in 10 days. I am confused with the fee payment options shown on the VFS page for Italy. In one of the pages they mentioned that visa fees need to be paid by DD. Is that old information? Can I pay cash/card/UPI at VFS Italy center in Bangalore?
