Lost. What to focus on upgrading?

Hey all, appreciate any help here. Damage / Survivability both feel 'meh' at best. I've got about ~70div? to play with and not sure where to start / what to focus on for upgrades. Link for poe ninja below. It was a woolies build that I changed over to the tankier moxsy version. Please and thank you!
