What’s up with the hype over Kanye’s concert?

His energy clearly wasn’t there. This was not our Kanye. I’m not saying I want the crazy manic Kanye, but he seemed drugged out and tranquilized. It was like watching a lion under anestesia. I get people are happy he’s not racist and antisemitic, but who the hell was that guy on the stage?
