Very disappointed at the WF 1000xm5!

I bought them yesterday to upgrade from a pair of ssung buds 2 pro. I originally wanted to buy the 3 pro but they sort of are worst than the bud 2 pro. So i was so excited to get the xm5 but honestly i think i will never buy sony headphones again! I intiappy came to this conclusion with the sonys i had before the buds 2 pro but the xm5 is so will reviewed so i thought i would go again for it. What shocked me why i hated the original sony still persisted in the new ones! 1 - The call audio quality is horrible! Even audio messages! The mic seems to pickup lots of background noise. Tried everything from reddit and nothing worked. My wife cant hear me talking to her properly!

2 - Connection issues! The phone in my pocket cuts signal sometimes! Its insane! Those are premium headphones and this crap still exists.

Now it is not all bad the sound is rick and the noise canceling is top tier. Also battery life is amazing. But simply the XM5 is unusuable if it cuts every few secons or even once minute! And the phone calls are so bad that no one hears me at all in normal setups!

No more Sony really i am done! And that comes from a huge Sony fan.
