Sealed Soccer Card Boxes

Hi all,

New to collecting,

General question, do sealed boxes of the basic collection- eg. FIFA World Cup 2018 Adrenalyn rise in value over time. Are these sealed and unopened boxes recommended to keep in a sealed condition, or should I just open the boxes and the packets inside, considering the fact that these are mass produced?

Thanks.
