I need someone’s help who experience with accounts from different regions!

The other day I bought a a physical copy of the Japanese region version of Baulders Gate 3 and then found out I can’t play cross play due to censorship on the Japanese copies, so I returned it. My question is can I buy Baulders Gate 3 on my American PlayStation account and then on the same PS5 that has both accounts play it on my Japanese PlayStation account that has PlayStation plus?

I have a Japanese region multi language version of the PS5 slim, and I have an American region PlayStation account, and a Japanese region PlayStation account.

So buy on American account (with US credit card) -> play on Japanese account. both are my accounts on the same console
