Base model tire PSI

I have the S Select 2026 CX50 with the Goodyear Assurance tires. What’s the recommended PSI on these? I’m getting mixed answers from searching online. Mine are 45 PSI, and the ride seems “hard”. Some AI chatbots mention they should be around 36 psi. Any feedback is appreciated.
