Hard Lump on Bikini Line

I’m a 20 year old female who isn’t currently taking any medication. For years now, I have had this hard, painless lump on my bikini line. It’s a bit larger than a marble and I can feel all around it and it feels smooth underneath the skin. It’s big to the point you can visually see it. I feel like it can move somewhat, but not a great deal. I believe I got it from shaving, because I am prone to ingrowns, razor burn and lots of other skin irritants. It started off small and grew in size over time, but now its size has remained stagnant. It’s colour changes depending on temperature, as my skin is prone to redness or bluish tints.

I am very insecure about it, but also very afraid of the medical options for removal. I thought that it would go away, but it’s been years now and I’m afraid it’s here to stay. Please help me with trying to identify what the problem is and how to resolve it. Thanks.
