Starting Over

I tried setting up Piere many months ago (Piere Plus lifetime) and kind of gave up on it. I'm trying to give it another go, but now my budgets are soooo off because of months of miscategorized transactions and rollovers. Is there any way to just start over? I know I could disconnect my accounts, but I also want to just start over on the budgets and rollovers I'd previously set up. I'm hoping it will be easier to get started now that there have been multiple updates.

Also, in the desktop/web version, where on earth do I adjust rollovers?? I can't seem to find that option anywhere.
