Low PAPP-A

FTM, 38, 14 weeks. Anyone else flag as positive for first trimester screening based on a slightly low PAPP-A score? All of my other readings were normal aside from .64 on the PAPP-A hormone. My doctor said I’m fine and to ignore it as my NIPT came back low risk and my NT scan was normal. But the low reading is doing my head in. Was my score brought down simply because of my age?
