:Net/C#: open-source EF Core Provider for BiqQuery

We are working on an open-source EF Core provider for BQ: https://github.com/Ivy-Interactive/Ivy.EntityFrameworkCore.BigQuery

Please help us to try it out.

There are still some missing parts, but tests are more green than red.
