Looking for experienced Hifdh teachers. Advice needed

I’m searching for a Hafiz with teaching experience for Hifdh classes (online). Where’s the best place to find them, how should I approach them, and what’s the typical hourly rate? Any advice or experiences would help. Jazakum Allahu khairan.
