Help for mounting radiator pump aio

Hi, i have a thermalright stream vision with a nzxt h9 elite.

What would be the ideal position to put my aio considering the pump is in the radiator and ideally i would like to put it on the front. Does the orientation of the tubes matter up or down?

Thank you.
