Advice on giving supplementary exams in 1 month?

So I have to give supplementary exams of anatomy and biochemistry in one month. I'm starting almost from zero because of some ongoing health problems and interpersonal problems and well, some of it was my fault. The health problems are a bit better now but I'm still somewhat slow. Does anyone have any tips on how I can pass these, so that I don't have to repeat the year?
