is farting naked unclean and does it require cleaning

if you happen to fart naked are things around you still clean? would there be reason to think some fecal particles (don't know what to call it) are on there now and should be cleaned?

I'm embarrassed to ask but I've become VERY OCD about such things as a consequence of intestinal issues that no doctor will diagnose or fix. if I fart unclothed I get the the urge to shower and clean things I'll be using later. I know this sounds a little psychotic but please do not lie to make me feel better and if you can give me a truthful answer.
