Wet prebuilt pc

Hi, my prebuilt pc is wet in the back corner of the case, the aio shield and the rear exhaust fan. The fluid is sticky and has a "Industrial smell". Looked around the radiator and it dosent look like fluid has leaked out of it, as far as i can tell the radiator looks dry.
