Hair loss

I’ve been wearing hijab and an head cap under it for more than 5 years now . But because of it I’m getting a bald spot in the front middle part . And if I don’t wear a hair cap , my hijab is all over the place! Please do help me find ways to reduce the bald spot . Also I have wavy hair with a bit of an oily scalp.
