We have no idea what causes cancer and disease and pretty much any illness

Including Autism, but we are convinced that it can’t come from man made vaccines. It doesn’t seem like this is a serious conversation. Trying to convince people that they are in danger of dying from McDonalds then from something cooked up in a lab somewhere is purely insane.
