Cat keeps drinking dirty water.

my 9 year old female cat has recently been drinking only dirty water when the cats have fresh water. i consistently change her water ever morning now to see if thats the reason. ive had to stop letting things soak or bee filled with water in the sink because she will drink from it. and the toilet. but even then it didn’t stop her, she went and licked a wet rag by the sink. even with all of this she still drinks the fresh water in her bowl. i don’t know if maybe she got used to it when she was an outside cat? my parents put her out because i was in placement for 6 months, but when i came back i wanted her inside but she was okay with being an inside outside cat. can someone please please give me some advice i literally worry so much about my babies.
