A30 vs Ozlo vs third option? looking for actual sleep earbuds, not another regret

I want to switch to dedicated sleep earbuds. Not for music, not for commuting — just sleep.

I’ve already blind-bought one “sleep-friendly” pair before and it was a mistake: uncomfortable, weak isolation, popped out every time I turned over.

Now I keep seeing decent feedback on purpose-built options, so here I am asking A30 vs Ozlo vs third option?

From what I’ve read:

-Soundcore sleep A30 seems like an upgrade from A20, smaller and more sleep-focused

-Ozlo also gets mentioned a lot, especially for staying in place

What I actually care about:

-doesn’t fall out when side sleeping

-doesn’t create pressure after a few hours

-isolation that actually helps with sleep, not just “kinda”

If you’ve used either (or something better) specifically for sleep, not just trying it once — what held up long-term?

Trying really hard not to buy my second sleep-regret pair.
