Info about PCP related issue

so i wanted to know about that i have one practical subject, CS and it is currently showing only 4 theory one subject and also there is not option or view to hallticket or schedule so can anyone tell me how to know about this , I am also seeing that some study center are not even cooperating in this .

so kindly provide me in this matter i am really confuse .
