No audio when streaming to discord

So for the past couple days I've been trying to stream on discord but there's never any audio, I've tried streaming on both gaming and desktop modes, I've tried discord and vesktop but none have had any luck, I've tried streaming an app specifically or just the entire screen but nothing works, I've also tried using steam link but my connection with it isn't great if you guys know of a solution I'd greatly appreciate it
