Would squeaky toy breast implants be considered "cyberpunk"?

Thank you u/lenoreislostAF for the initial question that prompted this follow-up lol. Also, someone in the comments of that post pointed out the fact that squeaky toys use airflow to squeak, making breast implants tricky, but would a self-contained squeaky toy be possible if it had 2 different chambers that could expand and contract, with the squeaker separating the two?
