Is 19k salary in Quezon City worth it

Hello po. Psych graduate last year but currently unemployed and lost in life. I have a friend who referred me​ a hr job in Quezon City, the problem is that I'm from Mindanao. I've already passed everything and now I have a job offer​ but I'm contemplating if this is truly worth it?

There's a lot weighing my mind from travel to traffic and living alone for the first time. Not to mention I will be also renting.
