Trial Stalker

I have someone who contacted me to do a one-off lesson before an exam and I explained that I don't do these types of lessons and to please cancel the lesson (my profile specifically requests potential students contact me and wait to hear back before booking). She didn't cancel the lesson, so I blocked her. She made a new account, and the process repeated itself. And now it has happened a third time. This time I wrote a brief message and said I know what she is doing and to please stop before blocking her a third time. WTF?!?

I'm contacting support nowbut don't expect them to do much. Anyone else experience this? Any advice?
