OS reserved space prevents me from increasing OS partition volume

I just cleared space off of my games and cloned that partition to new drive. Now i want to increase OS partition by space i just freed up but by look of it i can't due to reserved space. Highlighted by red is option that's responsible for increasing partition volume but its greyed out and impossible to use, is there any way around it without much of a husle?
