Stable Job vs Canada Opportunity: What Should I Do?

I work for a service based company in india. My client is a bank in US and Canada. The solutions architect for the project I work with asked if I would like to move to Canada. There is some hiring going on with the bank and he wants to hire his own team there. So he is asking me and few other people he knows from India if they would be interested. Should I go with this? I have never been onsite before. Is it safe to leave my relatively stable job here and move abroad?
